Directions For German American Technologies Amino 2100: Take 6-8 tablets three times daily.
Take at least 6-8 tablets 45 minutes prior to meals
Take at least 6-8 tablets immediately after intense workouts
Take at least 6-8 tablets before bedtime
NOTE: Ideal absorption occurs if taken with diluted fruit juice or other diluted carbohydrate liquid.
